Treatment

Your first visit will typically take up to 40 minutes, this is because the podiatrist will take a medical history and you will need to fill in a consent form for treatment.  Your feet will then be examined and treatment carried out.

Treatment will include nail trimming and callus removal.  Any corns will also be taken out and thickened nails will be reduced, and where appropriate a diagnosis will be made.

After your first appointment treatments will usually take 30 minutes.

The podiatrist will also be happy to discuss foot care problems and give advice as part of your treatment plan.
