Diabetes

Approximately two million people in the UK have been diagnosed with diabetes and 60-70% of them will develop some problems in their feet due to the damage to the nerves and blood vessels.  This can lead to hot or tingling feet, loss of sensation, changes to the shape of the foot and dry skin. 

 

Annual foot checks and a good foot care regime are essential to people who have diabetes.  As well as routine treatments and foot maintenance, we carry out foot checks and assessments for you as well as give advice on foot care and footwear.
